What:

Azusa Pacific University’s Department of Art is hosting an art educator workshop, catered to K-12 educators with an interest in art. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from prominent speakers Don Masse, Tiffany Fox, Brodie O’Brien, Matt and Laura Grundler, Edgar Arcenaux, and Carolyn Robertson on a variety of subjects. Participants will also create their own hands-on artwork to take home, view galleries and exhibitions, and network with the art educator community.

The Department of Art is also hosting an art educator exhibition. Applicants can submit their artwork for a juried art show. Four artists will be awarded prizes. To submit your artwork, click here.

Who:

This workshop is designed for art educators from public and private schools, museum educators, outside/community art educators. APU students are also welcome.

Saturday, July 13, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.

Cost:

Tickets are available for a low fee of $10. Group tickets are available for $5 each for groups of five or more. Tickets can be purchased here. APU students can attend for free by contacting art@apu.edu for a code.
