More than 600 students will graduate from Azusa Pacific University on Sat., Dec. 19, at the university’s winter commencement ceremonies. The ceremonies feature 203 bachelor’s degree, 248 master’s degree, and 155 degree completion recipients. Thirty-seven individuals will receive doctoral degrees.

  • Graduate ceremony at 3 p.m.
  • Ceremonies held in the Richard and Vivian Felix Event Center on West Campus at 701 E. Foothill Blvd., Azusa

This year’s undergraduate keynote speaker is Jim Burns, Ph.D., president and host of HomeWord radio broadcast station, and now director of APU’s recently established Center for Youth and Family. Burns is heard on more than 800 releases a day across the country, and he speaks to thousands of people around the world every year. Burns is a three time Gold Medallion Award-winning author, and has written books for parents, students, children, youth ministry, and church leaders.
