Angela Jun, DNP, FNP-BC, is an Assistant Professor of Nursing and a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Jun teaches in the NP Program, FNP track. She received her DNP from the University of San Diego and MSN from UCLA. She was the 2003 recipient of the Audrienne H. Moseley Scholarship at UCLA. Dr. Jun has practiced as a family nurse practitioner since 2005, providing care to adult and geriatric populations in a variety of settings. Prior to coming to APU, she worked as a research nurse practitioner participating in multiple research projects for ADHD children and adult at UCI. She continues to provide clinical services.

Dr. Jun’s research interests include health disparity around ADHD / Palliative care among ethnic minorities in addition to Dementia and caregiver burden.

Dr. Jun is a member of CANP and Sigma Theta Tau and is involved in Korean American Nurses Association of Southern California and serves as a coordinator of Korean Nurse Practitioner Networking Group.
