Biography

Shawna L. Lafreniere, Ph.D., has been a faculty member at APU since 2009. She founded the Christian Higher Education Enrollment Association of Canada and the Canadian Christian College Tour, for which she was nominated twice as one of the “Top 40, Under 40” leaders in Canada and given a full scholarship for her Ph.D. studies. With expertise in leadership studies, gender and leadership, spiritual formation, teaching and learning, and conflict management, Lafreniere primarily teaches in the Master of Arts in Leadership program.
