AP, IB, or CLEP Credit
Students may earn credit through five competency exams recognized by the university: Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST), Foreign Language Achievement Testing Service (FLATS), and the College Level Examination Program (CLEP). There is no maximum number of credits that may be accumulated from these tests. However, it is not recommended that students complete competency exams in their final semester.
For more information, including credit equivalency charts, consult the Credit by Examination and Testing Services sections of the university catalog. If you have any questions, contact the Undergraduate Enrollment Services Center.
