Human Services

The Human Services emphasis utilizes a more general approach and sets learners up for a broad scope of career opportunities. Designed to aid learners in creating a clear set of skills for helping people, this emphasis provides foundations in pivotal applied psychological theory and methodologies geared toward aiding people while understanding their framework of experience.

Career Opportunities: A variety of positions related to the helping profession such as social welfare, health care field, ministry, justice, and businesses.

This 15-unit emphasis may be paired with the following programs: B.A. in Applied Psychology, B.A. in Applied Studies, B.A. in Leadership, B.A. in Management, B.S. in Criminal Justice, B.S. in Health Sciences, and B.S. in Information Systems.
