The Welcome Weekend within the Office of Orientation and Transitions is a new student program that exists for the purpose of creating a smooth, comfortable, and safe transition into Azusa Pacific University. New students and families alike are provided with a Christ-centered welcome to the university setting that is innovative, informative, energetic, and meaningful. As a result, new students feel at home and families feel connected and involved with APU.

Each new student is billed a $100 fee on their tuition and fees account for Welcome Weekend. All family members are charged $50 separately. These prices include a Welcome Weekend T-shirt for each registrant (student and family), activities and entertainment, and some meals. All students must register online for Welcome Weekend.
