About the Department

The Department of Leadership and Organizational Psychology offers a unique blend of both academic and experiential learning that provides students with an effective type of learning experience for personal and professional growth.

The department offers three programs: the Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and the Master of Arts in Leadership, and an undergraduate leadership minor. Each program assists students in identifying and developing personal and professional competencies that enable them to contribute more effectively to all areas of their lives.
