Michael Lee has been active in the professional music industry as a keyboardist, producer, composer, and technical consultant for over 10 years. He has toured and recorded as a keyboardist with a wide range of artists, including the Dove Award-winners Avalon and Grammy Award-winners BeBe Winans, Melissa Etheridge, and Meredith Brooks. His national television credits include The Tonight Show, The Late Show, Dr. Phil, and VH1 Divas. His film credits include work on "Hidalgo" by Buena Vista Pictures.

As a technical consultant, Mr. Lee has been involved in developing innovative new methods for integrating technology into musical environments. He helped design the first multi-site integrated studio using Logic Audio Platinum (now Logic Pro) software to record an album in multiple locations at the same time. This multi-site studio was used by the production team Track and Field (Gerald Eaton and Brian West) in recording the Grammy Award-winning album Whoa, Nelly! for Nelly Furtado, utilizing studio locations in Los Angeles and Toronto to simultaneously record instruments and vocals. Lee also designed, a web-based interactive studio that allowed students and professional musicians to participate in creating a record from first note to final mix. Over 50,000 people logged in to the online studio to participate in the recording project.

In addition to his professional work in the music industry, Mr. Lee serves as the Director of Music Technology for Azusa Pacific University, where he teaches courses in music technology, studio production, and music ethics. He also serves as Worship Leader for his local church.
