The registrar provides vision and leadership for the Office of the Registrar, both undergraduate and Center for Adult and Professional Studies (CAPS). The registrar manages all aspects of the Office of the Registrar’s functions for designated offices, directs improvement of academic record processes, monitors workflow and automation, and coordinates APU commencement activities.

The undergraduate data systems administrator maintains the undergraduate student database, class scheduling, independent studies, grades, labels, and undergraduate data reports. The undergraduate data systems administrator also maintains communication between the undergraduate departments and faculty regarding classes and classroom use.

The articulation administrator works with other colleges and with departments at APU to establish Articulation Agreements and Major Articulation Plans (M.A.P.S.). He also creates and maintains the articulation database and approves transfer credit for current students.

The transfer administrator manages all transfer credit. She works closely with admissions to evaluate transfer credit for future students, and maintains transfer credit for all students in the database. She is also the main contact for the Degree Works degree audit system.

The study abroad and client services administrator is in charge of all registration functions for study abroad students. She also supports the client service center and assists with student inquiries.

The transcripts and veterans affairs coordinator is responsible for the processing and mailing of all transcripts for traditional undergraduate students. In the role of veterans affairs coordinator, this person acts as the training institution’s representative responsible for completing all paperwork necessary to certify the enrollment and changes in academic status for students eligible for VA benefits.

The client services coordinator provides customer service to both internal and external clients (including active students, prospective students and families, alumni, faculty, and staff). The client services coordinator also organizes receptionist functions and manages student employment for the client service center in the Office of the Undergraduate Registrar.
