Keith J. Matthews, D.Min., is professor and chair of the Department of Ministry. Matthews has extensive ministry experience, from Church plants to the mega Church, from coast to coast. Matthews' recent pastoral experience was as Lead Pastor of Cedar Ridge Community Church in Spencerville, Maryland, serving with Brian McLaren. He has written articles for Sojourners Magazine and Leadership Journal, as well as designed and co-authored Dallas Willard's Study Guide to the Divine Conspiracy. He is an ordained pastor, retreat speaker, and conference speaker for Renovare, Inc. Keith is married to Christa and has three children, Cori, Kyle, and Kate, and resides in Southern California.
