Ahmanson Technology Center

The Ahmanson Technology Center contains 11 group study rooms and 75 PC and Mac workstations. PC workstations are loaded with Internet Explorer 7, Firefox, EndNote, SPSS 16.0, and Office 2007 (Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word). Mac workstations include Safari, Firefox, Office for Mac (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and iLife software (iTunes, iWeb, iChat, iPhoto, iDVD, and Garage Band). An IMT lab technician is available to help with software, hardware, and access issues.

Two printer/copy machines are located in Ahmanson. Printing and copying costs $.10 per page for black and white and $.50 per page for color. An APU ID card pre-loaded with Cougar Bucks is required for all printing and copying. Cougar Bucks may be added to an APU ID card at the One Card Office inside Cougars' Den Cafe on East Campus, or at the Bookstore window next to Heritage Court on West Campus.
