Conference Lodging
From late May to the end of July, APU welcomes corporate, educational, sports, and tour groups to stay in our on-campus housing facilities. Enjoy a variety of accommodations, including several types of lodging, meeting spaces, dining and professional on-site catering, all within your budget on our beautiful campus.
All rooms are furnished with extra long twin-sized beds, individual desks with chairs, dressers and spacious closets. Both semi-private baths and community bathroom facilities can be found in the various residence halls on campus.

Lodging Pricing and Details
Lodging prices are per room, per night. Assignments are made based on the availability of lodging areas designated by the university. Pricing assumes full occupancy of each room. Laundry facilities are available in each hall—please inquire with Event Services for specific details.
Inquire to Book Lodging What’s the Booking Process?
All lodging areas are used as residence halls during the academic year and are furnished with two beds, two dressers, and two desks with chairs. An optional linen package includes one pillow, one pillowcase, two sheets, one blanket, one washcloth, one hand towel, and one bath towel. Restroom and shower facilities vary by residence hall.
Please note that no additional amenities are provided in rooms or bathrooms. Guests must bring their own toiletries, alarm clocks, irons, hangers, reading lights, and similar personal items. Hot plates, in-room cooking, and appliances are not permitted per Los Angeles County Fire Regulations.
Residence halls are assigned based on availability and group size. Each conference guest will be assigned a single bed, and all beds are set at a specific height that cannot be adjusted. While we strive to honor special requests, assignments will be made as best suits the university.

Music Assistants are required to be present for all non-APU events and are charged to the client. Number of assistants depends on the nature of the event and is at the university’s discretion.
No food or drinks are allowed in Munson Chapel at any time. If you are having food in the courtyard, you will need to make sure your attendees do not bring any food or drinks into Munson Chapel.
All ticket sales on campus go through the APU Ticket Box Office. A ticketing fee of $2 a ticket applies to each ticket sold and can be included in the ticket price to be paid for by the patron.
