Where to Go on Move-in Day
A traffic plan implemented by the Department of Campus Safety will help to manage the large number of students moving in during Welcome Weekend. Staff will direct you through this pattern as you arrive. Please see the Move-in Day Traffic Flow Map (PDF) for an overview of what to expect.
Students moving into the four residential halls (Trinity, Engstrom, Smith, and Adams) will enter the campus via the main entrance on University Drive, off of Citrus Avenue. From there, they will travel into a one-way loop that borders each of the four halls.
On this loop, one side of the street will be reserved for vehicles to stop for 10-15 minutes and unload. For safety and in the event of an emergency, a driver must stay with the vehicle at all times.
