APU Student Preaching Lab
The Formation and Preaching Lab at Azusa Pacific University equips undergraduate students to grow as faithful, effective proclaimers of the gospel. This two-year cohort experience combines personal formation, practical training, and mentoring to help students develop the character of the preacher and the craft of preaching.
By the end of the program, APU students will have preached multiple sermons, articulated a personal philosophy of preaching, and discerned who they are as a preacher, preparing them to serve the church with wisdom, creativity, and conviction.
