Empowering Leaders in Health, Movement, and Human Performance
The Department of Kinesiology at Azusa Pacific University offers undergraduate and graduate programs that prepare students to improve health, promote fitness, and enhance performance. Our programs combine rigorous academic study with applied learning in exercise science, sport, and physical education. Graduates pursue careers in fitness, coaching, athletic administration, and teaching, and many continue into health professions such as physical therapy, athletic training, and occupational therapy.
Grounded in a Christian worldview and a commitment to caring for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—our department equips graduates to lead with knowledge, skill, compassion, and purpose.
