Focus on character, creativity, curiosity, and innovation in this leadership master's degree program that prepares leaders to respond to challenges facing teams and organizations in the 21st century.

The MS in Organizational Psychology prepares students to diagnose and improve organizational health and to build and develop successful teams. This Christ-centered program prepares graduates to champion and endorse people, care, and wellness within organizations.
