Kristal Andrews is a seasoned and passionate choir director with over three decades of experience in leading gospel choirs, praise teams, and choral productions across Southern California. Her musical journey has been marked by innovation, dedication, and a deep commitment to nurturing the voices of both young and adult performers in church and community settings.

From 1993 to 1996, Andrews took on significant leadership roles in directing choirs and praise teams at churches across Southern California. She began at Gospel Light Church of God in Christ in Santa Ana, where she and her husband, Eric Andrews, directed multiple choirs, including original Christmas cantatas and Easter productions. Her time at Life Church of God in Christ in Riverside saw her build and nurture a youth choir of eighty members, organizing monthly ministry performances.

Andrews’ influence extended beyond the church walls through her leadership in the Department of Women, Southern California First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction. From 2002 to 2022, she served as the director of the Sunshine Band Children’s Choir, working with the eighty churches in the Southern California area. Her regional rehearsals for choral and drama productions provided opportunities for young people to showcase their talents and become deeply engaged in choral and drama ministry.
