Four APU students smile together at commencement

Approximately 790 students will graduate from Azusa Pacific University on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at the university’s fall commencement ceremonies. These graduates will earn a total of 792 degrees, including 281 bachelor’s, 401 master’s, and 110 doctoral degrees.

Ceremonies include:

Saturday, December 13

  • 10 a.m.: Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony
  • 1:30 p.m.: Graduate Commencement Ceremony

Ceremonies take place in APU’s Felix Event Center, located on West Campus, at 701 E. Foothill Blvd., in Azusa. Each commencement ceremony will be livestreamed through live.apu.edu with closed captioning available via APU Facebook Live.

The commencement speaker for both ceremonies is William McCoy, PhD, dean of APU’s College of Arts, Humanities, Sciences, and Theology. McCoy is passionate about the transformative power of higher education integrated with deep Christian faith. He has more than 15 years of higher education experience, including serving as chief academic and accreditation liaison officer for Eastern Nazarene College (ENC). McCoy is an expert in African history with additional specialities in modern British history and anthropology.
