Students admitted to the Master of Divinity program may qualify for a Pastoral Scholarship up to $4,000: $1,250 in the fall semester and $1,250 in the spring semester of the first year, and $750 in fall and $750 in spring of the following year.
Students admitted to the Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies program may qualify for a Pastoral Scholarship up to $2,500: $1,250 in the fall semester and $1,250 in the spring semester.
This scholarship is applicable to the first year of full-time study, and it is available to the 10 most qualified applicants in each degree program. The Pastoral Scholarship is not stackable with any other Azusa Pacific Seminary scholarship. In following years, needs-based scholarships may be available based on availability of funds.
- Acceptance into the M.Div. program.
- A minimum 3.4 grade-point average from a regionally accredited undergraduate program.
- Recipients must complete at least 9 units in the fall and 9 units in the spring semester of their first year, and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- The decision of the Scholarship Committee is final.
