Biography

Erin Gaw, M.A., graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a degree in English and theater, and earned her master's degree from Fuller Theological Seminary in Theology and the Arts. She has served as an acting coach and director for many APU Theater productions, including The Philadelphia Story, Our Town, The Importance of Being Earnest, Amadeus, Much Ado About Nothing, and An Ideal Husband. As a playwright, she has adapted Jane Austin’s Pride and Prejudice for the APU stage and wrote a modern adaptation of Persuasion, entitled Crooked Road, produced by Streetlamp Studios. She also co-founded the local community-based theater company, Azusa Renaissance Theater.
