Fall Welcome Weekend 2025

Save the dates! You and your family1 are invited to experience Fall Welcome Weekend at Azusa Pacific University! Led by the Office of Campus Life, Fall Welcome Weekend includes fun, informative, and meaningful events for all incoming students (first-year and transfer) and their guests. 

Welcome Weekend is required for all new students and you must register to attend!

Event Details

  • Welcome Weekend check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, August 22 at Bode Commons.
  • Living on-campus this fall? Housing check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Office of Residence Life on Friday, August 22.
  • Special events for commuters, military and veterans, first-generation students, and more. Make sure to check the schedule for times and locations to get connected!
  • APU Now gives you quick access to key student resources and includes everything you need to start thriving at APU. Connect with other new students, find your way around campus with a digital map, and keep track of your Welcome Weekend schedule all in one place.

  1. All incoming students are required to attend Fall Welcome Weekend. Students and their family (parents, siblings, and any others attending events to support their APU student) must register online for Fall Welcome Weekend. Students attend the event for free, and guests are charged $60 each. The registration fee includes a Fall Welcome Weekend T-shirt for each registrant (student and family), activities, campus resources and information, and meals.
