CougarLock Enrollment

Now–July

All APU accounts will be automatically enrolled in CougarLock by July. CougarLock is a multi-factor authentication process that adds an extra layer of security to your account. In addition to your APU NetID and password, CougarLock also requires a six-digit code generated by your smartphone. This means that even if someone gets your NetID and password, they won’t be able to log into your account. Set up is easy and only takes a few minutes.
