Every year since 2013, a group of Azusa Pacific University students has biked across the country to raise money and awareness for the global water crisis in a trek called Ride for Water. The team started their journey this year on May 20 in Bodega Bay, California, and will end on July 12 in New York City. The trip spans 51 days, 3,437 miles, and 12 states. Ride for Water aims to raise $80,000 for charity: water, a nonprofit focused on bringing clean water to developing countries.
