Azusa Pacific University maintains a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the school districts and private schools listed below. Azusa Pacific guarantees admittance and a minimum of $10,000 in institutional aid to students from the listed school districts and private schools who meet a set of minimum academic requirements.

To qualify for guaranteed admission to APU, students from partner schools must

  • Meet the standard admission requirements of APU
  • Successful completion (grade of C or higher) of all A-G coursework.
  • Achieve a minimum cumulative 10-12th grade weighted grade point average of 3.0 or higher
  • Attain minimum SAT score of 990 or an ACT composite of 19

Students admitted through an eligible partner school district or private school are guaranteed a minimum of $10,000 in institutional aid. Additionally, students who complete the FAFSA or California Dream Act will receive a supplementary $1,000 in renewable financial aid.

Complete the online application process as well as read and agree to the expectations given. APU is an evangelical, Christian community of disciples and scholars who seek to advance the Kingdom of God in the world through academic excellence, service, and discipleship. Students who are admitted must understand what characterizes the Christian community at APU, demonstrate support for the standards and spirit of the university, and exhibit moral character in harmony with its purpose.

Students that are admitted, who complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) or the California Dream Act, will receive a supplementary $1,000 in financial aid (annually renewable) in addition to any academic merit award for which they qualify for four years of undergraduate studies.
