Obtaining Housing for Next Year

Undergraduate students who need to secure a housing assignment for the following year should download the How to Obtain Undergraduate Housing for Next Year (PDF) to find out how to secure campus housing and take advantage of the lottery process. Students who are abroad or on a leave of absence can also take part in this process and should also download the Undergraduate Study Abroad and LOA Resources (PDF) for more information.

Those who miss the deadline should submit a Request for Campus Housing Assignment Form (PDF). Students who submit this form after the deadline will be assigned after the lottery process is complete and preferences will be based on the date of the request.

Graduate students who would like to secure housing for next year should download the Graduate Housing Program (PDF). Please note that the graduate housing program is very limited and space is not guaranteed. Students will be emailed their assignment or waitlist status in late June or early July.

Obtaining Housing for the Current Year

Undergraduate students who need to secure a housing assignment for the spring semester or in the middle of a term, should submit a for Request for Campus Housing Assignment Form (PDF).Spring assignments are made over winter break and emailed before Christmas. Assignments in the middle of a term are usually made and emailed in 2-3 business days.

Graduate students seeking an assignment for the current year or for the spring semester should download the Graduate Housing Program (PDF) to find out how to submit a request. Please note that the graduate housing program is very limited and space is not guaranteed.

Exemption Form for Current Students

Any freshman or sophomore who wishes to live with their parent(s) locally, is over 21, is married, has part-time status, or has other special circumstances that present an obstacle to campus residency must submit a Request for Campus Housing Exemption Form in order to be considered for an exemption from the housing requirement.
