Organizational Development Support

Organizational development focuses on systematically expanding the knowledge and effectiveness of individuals and teams within the organization to more successfully advance the mission, vision, and priorities of the organization. In fact, many studies have shown that employees who have opportunities to keep improving their skills and knowledge tend to be more engaged, productive, and loyal, bringing their best to the table and helping their organization thrive.

One of the most direct ways to help people grow is to provide a comprehensive and robust offering of professional development opportunities. Given the challenges of geographical sprawl, space limitations, and time constraints, it is critical that workplace learning opportunities are made accessible in multiple modalities, including in-person, webinars, and self-paced.

To that end, ITT partners with subject-matter experts from the Office of Human Resources and other campus units that have workplace learning needs to design and develop fully online learning experiences. Since ITT understands the design standards and technological requirements for effective online learning, our clients can focus on their content. If clients have existing face-to-face training programs, we can help redesign them to be engaging and interactive online learning experiences.

If you have an organizational training development request, fill out and submit a request form. If you have any questions, contact us at itt@apu.edu.
